If you wish to return an item, please note that an 8% fee of the product amount will be charged to cover processing and restocking.

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions: Fine Jewelry pieces must be requested for return within 48 hours of delivery due to their delicate, one-of-a-kind nature. 18K Gold Series items need to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

All returned items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all certificates included. Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that an 8% fee of the product amount will be deducted to cover processing and restocking.
